H2H Dynamics is a veteran owned Authentic Leadership Communication learning and advising firm, lead by David Kaiser. H2H Dynamics focuses on the leadership behavior patterns that undermine successful team and personal performance.
So what does H2H Dynamics mean? The H2H stands for Human to Human and the Dynamics are the continuous human communication interactions that we all experience everyday. Sometimes these interactions are positive but unfortunately most of them result in drama in the workplace, on the team, in the classroom, or in the home.
Dave has extensive leadership and human performance experience from both his Military and Corporate careers. He served as a Naval Officer (retired as a Commander) and Aviator where he flew 46 combat sorties during Desert Storm. He also served as an Officer in Charge of the Navy and Marine Corps elite Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape (SERE) training program. SERE is where he was first exposed to human dynamics under extremely stressful conditions.
In the corporate sector, he has been an instrumental leader in the manufacturing and aviation training industries with such companies such as Corning Inc.( awarded two U.S. Patents), Patriot Aviation (Chief Operation Member), and Crew Training International (Chief Learning Officer). Dave was recalled back to Naval Service for the Global War on Terrorism in 2003 and was released from active duty in 2006 where we worked with Crew Training International as their Chief Learning Officer (CLO). As the CLO he was responsible for leading the global learning strategy and customized learning solutions for the United States Air Force, NATO, NASA and various foreign governments. Dave’s focus was on human factors training where he directly applied latest research in the fields of learning psychology, human performance, and neuroscience in real world operations.
Additionally, he lead a three year research study for the United States Air Force Research Laboratory to
determine the most effective training interventions to improve human performance of aircrew members. From this research Dave co-authored two published papers at the Interservice/Industry Training, Simulation and Education Conference in 2008 (Best Paper Nominee) and again in 2010. It was during this research project that he was first exposed to the life changing concepts of the Process Communication Model® which he is a Certified Independent Trainer.
Dave has a unique passion and real life experience to convert the latest psychological and learning science to operational effectiveness in the toughest environments. He makes the science come alive in all operational environments as proven by his decades of leading learning initiatives in both high risk military and corporate environments. He is a frequent speaker at various conferences, being invited to speak at conferences such as the Interservice/Industry Training, Simulation and Education Conference, the Association of Talent Development, Society for Information Management, the Flight Safety Foundation, and the Association for Unmanned Vehicle Systems International.
Strength of character and commitment to optimal performance is now fervently focused on all environments that require human to human interfaces…hence the name H2H Dynamics. He is directly involved in all services provided by H2H Dynamics and the goal is to be a trusted advisor to help any organization transform their culture from one of where individuals simply turn up and do their jobs to one where they want to do their very best as individuals and as a team.
He holds a Master’s degree from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University that concentrated on Human Factors and Education technology. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science in Physics from Montclair State University.
Dave is an avid outdoorsman, Airline Transport rated Pilot, FAA designated Gold Seal Flight Instructor, former Scoutmaster, and a Commissioned Kentucky Colonel.
Life has been blessed through his lifelong partner and wife, Janine, and his two sons, Seth and Ethan. Dave and his family reside in the beautiful town of Rosemark, Tennessee just outside of Memphis.
